Maker Prime is the title given to the Maker with the highest authority. The current Maker Prime is Mard[1]. The Maker Prime is not a member of the Colegium[2] but acts on behalf of the Continuum and can access the Colegium members[3]. The Maker Prime's decisions can be vetoed[4] by the Colegium.
