Mard, the current Maker Prime.

Maker Prime is the title given to the Maker with the highest authority. The current Maker Prime is Mard^[1]. The Maker Prime's decisions can be appealed^[2] and overruled^[3] by the Colegium. It appears the Maker Prime is not a member of the Colegium but they act on behalf of the Continuum and can access the Colegium members^[4].
