Maker Prime is the title given to the Maker with the highest authority. The current Maker Prime is Mard[1]. The Maker Prime's decisions can be appealed by the Colegium[2]. It appears the Maker Prime is not a member of the Colegium but they act on behalf of the Continuum and can access the Colegium members.
