A meeting of the Colegium.

The Colegium is a group of the highest ranking Makers in the Continuum of Makers. They are the sole body that determines whether a creation is to be considered a new spirit or not^[1]^[2]. Ahmis was a member of the Colegium before being kicked out for creating the Rogue Spirit^[3]. They have the authority to appeal the decisions of the Maker Prime.^[4]
