The Colegium is a group of the highest ranking Makers in the Continuum of Makers. They are the sole body that determines whether a creation is to be considered a new spirit or not.[1][2] Ahmis was a member of the Colegium before being kicked out for creating the Rogue Spirit.[3] They have the authority to appeal the decisions of the Maker Prime.[4]
