The Veetan/Tesskan Conflict

The Veetan/Tesskan Conflict, popularly known as the "Tesskan War"[1], began in 2390 with the initial battles between the Tesskan and Human races. As part of their offensive, Tesskans bombed the Veetan planet Orto, which drew the Veetan people into the war in 2393. One week later, the war was over, despite well-known Veetan pacifism[2]. The precise nature of the Veetan victory, and the coditions under which the Tesskans were induced to surrender[3], remain both classified and mysterious[4][5][6], even to the Tesskan and Veetan peoples themselves[7].
